By accessing or participating in CommitCoders ("the Community"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or join our community spaces.
2. What CommitCoders Is
CommitCoders is a community for developers, founders, and builders to connect, collaborate, brainstorm ideas, ship projects, and grow together. We are not a bootcamp, course provider, or tutorial platform. We do not sell educational content.
3. Community Guidelines
Members are expected to treat others with respect, engage in good faith, and contribute positively. Harassment, discrimination, spam, and self-promotion without value are not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Content shared within the community remains the property of its original creator. By sharing content, you grant CommitCoders a non-exclusive license to display it within community spaces. Ideas discussed in the community are shared at your own discretion.
5. Third-Party Platforms
CommitCoders primarily operates through Discord and GitHub. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform policies or outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
CommitCoders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes arising from your participation in the community or collaborations formed through it.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the community after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
